These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Locaris ("Platform"), operated by Thirty By Thirty Technology (OPC) Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must have authority to use the Platform on behalf of your organization.
  • You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

2. MVP and Early-Access Nature

Locaris is in MVP/early-access stage. Features may change, be modified, or be discontinued. We may add limits, update workflows, and improve product behavior over time.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Do not use the Platform in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

4. Data and Customer Content

Your organization retains ownership of its business data and content. You grant us the right to process that data as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Platform in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including software, design, branding, and content created by us, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, no rights are granted to copy or redistribute our proprietary materials.

6. Third-Party Services

Certain capabilities may rely on third-party services or infrastructure. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party systems outside our control.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, especially during MVP. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or for security and operational reasons.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts in Haryana shall have jurisdiction over disputes.
